Our Mission

We have worked with for-profit companies and non-profit organizations and in government and university contexts. Over the course of working with these organizations, we began to notice familiar patterns and consistent gaps:

• Organizations often do not understand how to mine and analyze their data for relevant insights, nor do they know how to make them actionable.

• Organizations often struggle to recognize and respond to the evolving needs, expectations, and constraints of the modern workforce.

Both patterns can cause significant problems for organizations, impeding workflow processes, productivity and, ultimately, effectiveness. Unfortunately, most organizations are not aware of the many social scientific tools, methods, and insights available to help address the problems caused by these patterns.
